Payment and Fees

• I take requests / payments through VGen wherever possible, otherwise I can only request payment via ko-fi or paypal invoices
• If you'd like to help me out with transaction fees, it's completely optional though greatly appreciated!
• I will only accept legal tender as payments for commissions. I will not accept any form of "exposure", or any kind of cryptocurrency as payment
• At the moment, I will only accept a set payment option. Royalties, percentages, etc, I cannot accept unless they're higher than 10%

Refund Policy

· Refunds can only occur if an appropriate reason/s are given
Some examples include (but aren't limited to);
-> Dissatisfied with finished product
-> Artwork is no longer needed
-> Wait time extends an appropriate amount (usually a month) with minimal progress (sketch or early lineart phase)· If the commission is cancelled before any progress is made, full payment will be refunded
· If the commission is cancelled during the sketch / lineart / colour phases, half the amount paid will be refunded
· If you're unhappy with the finished result, I will only refund half of the total payment paid of the artwork, as I’ll be paid for my time :,]These refunds only include the individual artworks refunded. For instance if multiple pieces are ordered and only two are unsatisfactory / cancelled mid process, then half of each of the refunded artworks price will be refunded (e.g if they're a $60usd and a $15usd commission, $30usd + $7.5usd, so $37.50usd will be refunded).

Finished Product

· You’re free to repost the commissioned artwork as long as my credit is clearly shown and easily accessible!
· For works used in commercial uses such as streaming / content use, the only requirement is that easily accessible credit is given
· For works used in commercial uses such as merchandise / ads / print / etc, apart from the flat fee of making the artwork, all I ask is 10% in any income earned through the use of any forms of my art as well (this can be negotiated however)DO NOT  use any forms of my artwork in any AI related technology, prompts, or future inventions in the space.
DO NOT  use any forms of my artwork in any blockchain related technology, such as (not limited to) NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
I DO NOT accept any commissions using any AI image related technology for references. Written forms of AI generated content from programs with ethically sourced databases, is fine.
